Who is responsible
DELLENOR is a brand of SYNALCO LLC. For privacy requests, contact us at routine@dellenor.com.
Information we collect
When you choose to join the launch list, we collect your email address, your confirmation status, the date of your request and your consent record. We also use temporary, pseudonymous security and rate-limit records to protect the form from abuse. Those records are scoped to a short time window and removed during routine cleanup.
Why we use it
We use launch-list information to send a confirmation email and, after you confirm, to notify you about the DELLENOR launch and occasional collection updates. If you choose to accept analytics, we also use aggregate site-use information to understand which visits and pages are useful. We do not send your launch-list email address, confirmation token or form content to analytics.
Service providers
Cloudflare provides the website, form security and DELLENOR’s database. Resend delivers the confirmation email. Google Analytics measures opted-in website use. We configure Google Analytics for analytics only, without advertising personalization. These providers process information as needed to provide their services.
Your choices
You can accept or decline analytics in the site banner and change that choice at any time with the Analytics preferences button. You can ask us to remove your email or stop launch updates at any time by emailing routine@dellenor.com. Unconfirmed requests expire after 24 hours and are removed during routine cleanup.

We will post any material updates on this page before they apply to new launch-list activity.
